Had a great time

Lovely big room & bed .Nice breakfast room overlooking the pool.Good choice of breakfast.

The bathroom was big & a nice big shower but all round the base of the shower looked like black mould so it was a it off putting.So needs some attention.If elderly you would have to get a taxi back as very high .but lovely views.

Excellent stay in all ways except for mix up with booking.com website

Everything but particularly the staff. They are obviously well trained and are really customer focused! With a few issues we had they dealt with it professionally and could make decisions! In fact we had the feeling all knew who we were and were really helpful and happy to work with, from cleaning staff through to front of desk. We did have an issue with booking.com

When we arrived the hotel did not have the room we thought we had ordered but they fixed this in a very good way. What we didn’t know is that booking.com are selling the wrong rooms on its website. We ordered a superior junior suite that booking.com say comes with a spa AND hotub. On the hotels own website we could later see that it’s a completely different room! We paid for something on booking.com that was not the deal! Watch out for this and check with the website of the hotel first! I’ve loaded pictures below to show this

Super short term break in a lovely hotel

Lovely atmosphere with really friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were good and food and drink was of a good standard and value for money.

Not much to be honest. Perhaps it’s closeness to the party area of the old shopping centre which went on to 4am most mornings and created a lot of noise.

Very Good

Breakfast was very good plenty of options, The rooms were great the balcony was very big and spacious. Staff were really welcoming and friendly and helped with anything we asked. The pool was Also nice and calm and pleasant.

There is a lot of steps to and from the hotel to the Nearby pubs and restaurants but we knew this coming so for young people it’s fine but older people not so much. A taxi only costs 4-5 Euro though which isn’t too bad.

Amazing stay. Will hopefully come back! :)

Very friendly staff - from greeting at the reception to the bartender at the roof top bar. Also, my wife received a bottle of a sparkling wine for her birthday, which was a very pleasant surprise :) Amazing pool area with the relaxing, calm music. Good and rich breakfast meal options. Very nice roof top bar! And the best thing was the view and location - the hotel is at the heart of Puerto Rico.

The room cleaning service could be a little better - we noticed that the room floor was cleaned maybe only once or twice during our whole stay. Also, there was a time when no one changed our towels, when we left them specifically on the floor to be changed and we had to get the fresh ones ourselves at the reception.

A hotel with all the amenities you could ask for, in a great location

The hotel has everything you could need - with great facilities like the gym, spa, roof terrace, pool and restaurant. The location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from the local malls with lots of restaurant options (although lots of steps as it's obviously set up high). All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast and lunch food options were really good (and lunch was reasonably priced). We really liked having a mini kitchen in the room with a proper fridge, microwave and hob as it meant we could prepare our own food if needed!

We ate dinner at the restaurant one evening which was fine, but nothing too special. But with so many local restaurant options this wasn't a big problem.

A beautiful hotel in a great location close to the shopping Center (strip) and mogan mall. 15 mins walk to beach

Hot tub was great beds were comfortable, pool was lovely and lots of sun beds available. Poolside bar food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to all local amenities

The rooftop bar wasn’t great, it has so much more potential than what’s currently being offered, for example live music, entertainment during the evenings. The dinner buffet menu didn’t interest us because the food options were limited and it was quite expensive. Also 3.95 for a small beer at the poolside bar when you can get one at the shopping Center for half that..

A great experience! The staff were great breakfast was oK and rooms clean. Only draw back was the steps from the town centre which after a few days you got used to.

Good

Room was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Breakfast buffet choice was very good although orange juice was watered down or more like a cordial. Staff lovely throughout the hotel and cleanliness was very good. View was lovely from the 8th floor and we enjoyed the chill out zone on the roof terrace. Beds were very comfortable, the air con was efficient and quiet and the black out curtains ensured a good night sleep. Good availability of sunbeds and parasols. I used the spa once during our stay (good sauna and steam room).

The bathroom was lacking in toiletries (only liquid soap/shower gel in a bottle provided) and we regularly had trouble with very hot water coming out of the cold tap which after a few visits was sorted. The jacuzzi on the balcony was more like a whirlpool bath and had no water in it so we didn't use it. The toaster was extremely slow at breakfast. The photos of the hotel and pool (possibly taken back in 2017) sadly didn't represent how it is looking today and the pool is much smaller than the photo suggests so we didn't stay at the hotel poolside during the day.

6/10, but entertainment and food let it down big time

The rooms were lovely and clean, and it was very central

The food in the hotel was not nice at all, there is also a lack of entertainment at night and during the day at the pool. The staff also seemed very stretched and unsupported.
